Pretty in Pink
Hi everyone!
I'm Meg, and I'm due on May 4th (although I think I'm going to go in April!). This is my first post on the board. I've been lurking for sometime, but haven't had a finished object to share since I've joined.
This is the Hooded Blanket from Debbie Bliss's Baby Knits Book. I made it using Cashmerino Aran in Coral. It is so soft and cuddly, I can't wait to wrap my little girl up in it when she arrives!

That looks just delicious for a new little baby!
It's beautiful--and WOW, what a bunch of seed stitch! You are a more patient woman than I :-)
I knit this in a cream colored acrylic for my little guy and he loves it, but I missed gauge on the hood portion so it doesn't lay a nicely as yours does or fit his head very well. But he doesn't care when it's nap time and he wants to "softee it". It's a wonderful blanket.
