another upside down flower hat
after far too long not doing any baby knitting (funny how baby's arrival takes away all knitting time, eh?), i broke out the needles and some Cotton-Ease to make an upside down flower hat (from Itty Bitty Hats) for a friend's princess scheduled to arrive around Valentine's Day.
I'm not an huge fan of Cotton Ease (or cotton in general, for that matter) -- I found it really sticky, especially using wood dpn's for the top/stem/flower.

I agree on the cotton comment, but the hat is very sweet. Reminds me of a Disney animation or something - little woodland babies wearing upside down flowers for hats. Nice job!
